1. About
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by The Virtual Desk Co. (“I”, “me”, “my”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By engaging my services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Services are provided on either:

a retainer basis, or
-
an ad-hoc basis,
as agreed in writing prior to work commencing.
All work is administrative and support-based only. I do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
3. Retainer Services

Retainer packages are billed monthly in advance.

A minimum three-month commitment applies unless otherwise agreed.

Retainer hours do not roll over.

Time is reserved monthly to ensure availability and focus.

Any additional hours outside the agreed retainer may be offered at the ad-hoc rate, subject to availability and prior agreement.
4. Ad-Hoc Services

Ad-hoc support is billed at the agreed hourly rate.

Work is subject to availability alongside existing retainer commitments.

Invoices must be paid before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
5. Onboarding & Learning Period
A short settling-in period is included at the start of all new working relationships to allow systems, preferences, and ways of working to be established.
6. Communication
Communication will take place via agreed channels and during agreed working hours. I aim to work calmly, consistently, and with clear boundaries.
7. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential. I will not share, disclose, or use your information for any purpose other than providing agreed services.
8. Data & Access
You are responsible for providing secure access to systems and tools required to complete tasks. Access details should be shared securely and updated as needed.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any agreed minimum term or notice period. No refunds are provided for unused retainer time.
10. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver work accurately and reliably, I cannot be held liable for indirect loss, business interruption, or issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
